I glance up from the book I’m reading in bed at the sound of our dorm window sliding open with a squeak. I grin as I see Anastasia climbing back in, her hair looking wild and some seriously obvious looking hickeys on her neck.

“So, be honest.”

Ana glances back at me as she closes the window.

“Huh?”

“Just how naughty a schoolgirl were you for the professor tonight?”

She rolls her eyes, blushing as she looks away.

“I mean, did you need detention? Maybe some punishment?”

“Har har har,” she tosses back, grinning at me. “Hey, by the way.”

Her grin turns wicked.

“I heard people saw you making out with Beckett Truman the other night at a party.”

I swallow, the heat blooming on my face.

“Uh… you did?”

“Uh, yeah,” she throws back sarcastically, wagging her brows.

I just turn back to my book to hide my blush. Ana just snorts as she walks into the bathroom to start getting ready for bed. Just then, my phone goes off. I glance at the screen to see a message from a number I don’t know.

Rapunzel Rapunzel.
